Pooja Khandelwal

Pooja has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and is an ICF certified Master Coach (MCC). She worked for 15 years in the private sector across a variety of industries – Agriculture, Information Technology, Corporate Interior Designing and Architecture, specializing in business development and client relationship management.


After moving to Canada, she made a conscious shift and focused on developing her coaching career in areas of her passion. She worked with non-profit organizations like:

– Battered Women’s’ Support Services where she supported the crisis lines, facilitated drop-in groups and contributed to donor relationship management.

– The YWCA whilst facilitating the single mothers group, working on personal branding through workshops for new immigrant employment programs, and single-handedly undertaking an environmental scan to successfully expand the single moms support groups to the 6 cities adjoining the Vancouver mainland.


In 2012, Pooja took on a role that was newly created at the University of British Columbia as the Career Transition Consultant. Within a year-and-a –half the success of this position lead to the expansion of her role and she is now the Career Navigation & Transition Consultant. To know more –


She is a mentor coach in the Organizational Coaching Certificate program at UBC Continuing Studies, and a member of the advisory board for the Active Career Advancement Program, a project funded by the Government of Canada’s Labour Market Integration Program, in addition to being on the Board of the ICF Vancouver Chapter 2014-16.
